The ideal candidate will be a performance driven, broad-based marketing executive with at least ten years of communications, public relations, and marketing leadership experience at the senior management level, preferably in an integrated healthcare delivery system. Non-health care industry candidates are also sought, particularly executives from companies known for strong consumer brands. Ideally, the individual will have past experience in leveraging national marketing initiatives for the most effective use in local markets. Familiarity and past connection to Hawaii is highly valued. An advanced degree in a business, communications, or health related field is preferred.
