This leading awards program exclusively recognizes the very best Web sites of healthcare organizations (both large and small), online health companies, pharmaceutical/medical equipment firms, suppliers, and business improvement initiatives. These awards highlight the Internet's role in achieving an organization's business objectives and recognize the hard work that has gone into creating outstanding health Web sites.
Who May Enter
All organizations and individuals involved in the process of developing or managing a health-related Web site. Design, strategy, and public relations firms may enter on behalf of their clients.
Organizations from outside the United States are strongly encouraged to enter.
How to Enter
Simply complete the online entry form. You should select just one Group Classification (for example, hospital 200-399 beds or pharmaceutical company) per entry form. (Complete an entry form for each Web site or URL you wish to submit). You may select as many Award Categories as you wish under your group classification. Agencies submitting entries should submit a separate entry form for each client. Please see FAQs for further explanation of Group Classifications, Award Categories, and other common questions.

Awards Recognition and Presentation
Winners will be recognized during the Twelfth Annual Healthcare Internet Conference to be held November 10-12, 2008, in Orlando. Visit www.healthcarestrategy.com for more information on the conference.
Platinum, Gold, Silver, and Distinction Awards may be given in every Group Classification for each Award Category. The judges determine the exact number and level of awards presented. Award winners also receive recognition in an issue of eHealthcare Strategy & Trends and on its Web site. In addition, winners receive an eHealthcare Leadership Awards certificate, along with an Awards logo to display on their Web site and in promotional material.
Entry Fees
For healthcare providers and associations, the entry fee is $70 per award category entered. For managed care organizations, online health organizations, pharmaceutical/medical equipment companies, business improvement, and other sites, the fee is $95 per category entered.
In either division, the entry fee is $135 for Best Intranet Site and eHealth Organizational Commitment award entries. The higher fee for these two special award categories is due to the substantial time required to judge the entries.
Late entries must include a $50 late fee per entry form.
Deadline
Submission deadline is June 30, 2008. This is much earlier than in some previous years to allow the judges more time to evaluate entries. A $50 per entry late fee will apply on entries received after the deadline; no entries will be accepted after July 15th.
